Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)

A 4-week summer intensive on the University of Saskatchewan campus that prepares you to teach English overseas.

July 16 to August 11, 2012

  • TEFL graduates are well prepared for an overseas adventure as an English language teacher.
  • Learn from a variety of instructors, instructors-in-training and ESL students.
  • TEFL is designed for both native and non-native English speakers.
  • If you are considering ESL teaching as a long-term career, TEFL can be used toward credit in the nationally recognized CERTESL program. You can start teaching overseas and work on your CERTESL certificate from anywhere in the world.
  • Offered every summer in July and August.
