This course explores such tools and demonstrates the impact they have in promoting learner or client engagement.

• Facilitating Online Group Interaction: When people think of online facilitation, they tend to focus more on technology than engagement. This interactive workshop explores challenges and unique opportunities when facilitating training or meetings in an online environment.

• Business Writing and Grammar Workout: Master the skills of writing with clarity, precision and accuracy to persuade, inform and build important business relationships.
