Laurie Ballantyne, BA, has worked in the Human Resources field for the past 13 years. She is currently the Chief Administration Officer for the accounting firm Hergott Duval Stack ^LLP. Laurie brings an atypical lens to the business process of leading people. Laurie has a unique spectrum of business and leadership training and experience. Her ability to balance the needs of the employees with the needs of the organization has led to the development of effective systems of performance management, organizational development, and leadership training programs. Laurie imparts to others to never limit their own ideas, no matter how off the wall they may seem.  In her words, “crazy, wonderful things can happen if you let them”.
