Community Music Education Program (CMEP)

Instrument and Voice Lessons

Private lessons are offered on a weekly basis for children age 7 and older.
Our instructors are qualified with ARCT in piano and/or a Bachelor's degree in music. An instrument at home is required for daily practice.
  • Traditional Piano
  • Guitar
  • Violin
  • Voice 

Classes start in September but if spaces are still available, you can register any time and your fees will be pro-rated. To check on availability, please email community.music@usask.ca or call 306.966.5625.
>> Download the Lesson Form, fill it in and indicate your preferred instrument/times then send it to our office. We will contact you about scheduling details.

Online registration is not available for children's programs. Please call 306.966.5539 to register your child.

>> We also offer piano instruction through the Suzuki Method

Bursaries:

  • Some financial assistance bursaries are available. To apply, please register your child, then download and submit the Bursary Application Form by early September. Call 306.966.5574 or email community.music@usask.ca for information.
