Certificate in Adult & Continuing Education (CACE)
Distance Offering with Supplemental Workshops
250 instructional hours
Since it first launched in 1990, over 1000 students from across Canada have graduated from the CACE program. CACE gives you skills and qualifications to work as an adult educator/trainer in public and private sectors. This program benefits anyone who:
- teaches and trains adults in traditional and non-traditional settings
- coordinates and facilitates adult training programs
- provides adminstrative and support services in the field
- designs and develops educational materials for adults
The CACE program was collaboratively developed and is offered through a partnership of four Universities: Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Victoria. You may apply for admission to the program through your home institution. Courses taken from participating institutions are fully transferable.
In addition to CACE elective courses, short-term courses and workshops offered through our Business & Leadership Programs may be taken and applied for elective credit in CACE.
To Apply, download the application form, follow the guidelines, fill it in and forward it to our office with the admission fee enclosed.
