Destination Coach: Coaching for Personal and Professional Leadership Performance

This program qualifies for 32 hours credit in the Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education (CACE) Program.

Once the initial Destination Coach program is complete, Advanced Coaching Certification is also available. 

• It takes approximately 46 additional hours (to be completed within nine months of taking Destination Coach) 
• Requires six coaching sessions (one recorded session to be submitted)
• Portfolio submission of your learning and post program coaching experience
• Completion of a competency assessment
• Participation in one learning validation interview
