• The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI ®) is a versatile assessment of personality type that depicts people’s preferences for interacting with others, gathering information, making decisions and organizing their lives. It is widely used to help individuals and organizations with leadership development, team building, and change management. This non-judgmental instrument helps people understand their preferences with respect to lifestyle/work patterns, communication style and decision-making.
